Shop the Shore starts Christmas shopping season for local stores

We did it again! Another busy and successful Shop the Shore 2019 was had by all. Despite the unseasonably cold weather (much like last year) every shop owner the Good News spoke to mentioned the large crowds and great sales during this year’s event.

Both storekeepers and shoppers gave a big “shout out” to the Long Point Country Chamber of Commerce. As a community we can be very proud of the organizers of this yearly event and also to our shopkeepers who continue to raise the bar with their products every year.
Local and area stores are filled with Christmas gift ideas for people on your holiday list. Our local merchants are knowledgeable about their products and can assist shoppers find the perfect gift.
