Birds Canada is presenting Hilary Hawke in concert on Friday, January 31, at 7 p.m. at Birds Canada on Front Road in Port Rowan.
Hilary Hawke, originally from upstate New York and now a longtime NYC resident, is a multi-talented musician known for her unique blend of instrumental and vocal skills. She has released her debut instrumental album Lilygild, featuring guitarist Reed Stutz, and is set to release new original music in winter 2025. Hilary composed the neo-classical album Open the Doors with Ola & Claude Aldous. She also works on Broadway and hosts the podcast Banjo Chat with Hilary Hawke.
There are three concerts in The Home Routes Concert Series. Along with Hilary Hawke, the other concerts feature Poor Nameless Boy and Suzie Vinnick.
